GF Strong offers FREE Family Support and Aphasia Education to:

  • Learn about aphasia
  • Learn and practice ways to communicate with their family member with aphasia
  • Meet other families in similar circumstances and share experiences and resources
  • Discuss challenges related to living with a person who has aphasia 


Living with Stroke 

FREE community-based program to learn and share with others some of the everyday challenges after a stroke. The sessions are 2 hours per week for 7 weeks. 

Registration is required: Living with Stroke - Heart and Stroke Foundation @ 1.888.473.4636.
